About Impala Scrubs


Impala is a Phoenix based startup designing and selling medical scrubs with a mission to combine comfort, durability, and personality. With a fresh take on medical apparel, the brand set out to make scrubs that healthcare professionals would look forward to wearing.

The Challenge


Impala had a strong product idea and a clear market opportunity, but they needed a brand from the ground up. From identity to website, product development to marketing, they were looking for a partner to help shape and launch the business. Little Taller stepped in to help bring their vision to life, transforming it into a customer-ready brand with lasting appeal.

When the Product Speaks for Itself


We knew the scrubs were high quality, so our job was to make sure the branding felt just as strong. We built a complete visual identity, including logo, colors, and digital assets, everything needed to reflect the product’s promise of style, performance, and personality.

Brand Positioning for Launch and Beyond


Our support extended well past visual design. We helped develop marketing content, shape product messaging, design social and email assets, and even assisted in sourcing local clothing designers and manufacturers. The goal was to give Impala a solid foundation to scale with confidence.

On the web side, we designed and built a custom ecommerce WordPress site optimized for a smooth shopping experience. Post launch, we implemented A/B testing to better understand buyer behavior and refine the marketing strategy accordingly.

Working with Impala was a full-circle project. From branding and manufacturing to ecommerce and go-to-market execution, our team supported every stage of the launch.
