1. How has your role evolved over the past year, and what new skills or responsibilities have you taken on?

This year I took on more responsibilities in the design of technical solutions and project management, especially in the creation of a product comparison tool. I have improved my skills in backend integration, API protection and synchronizations between CRM platforms.

2. What project or client engagement from the past year stands out as your favorite, and why did it resonate with you?

My favorite project was Kaseya's AMP, where I learned how to perform synchronization and optimize mailing processes using queues. It was a challenging project that allowed me to improve my focus on operational efficiency.

3. Please share a challenge you faced this year and how you overcame it. What did you learn from that experience?

The challenge was to design a flexible database for a client with specific needs. I overcame it by researching best practices and making adjustments based on testing, which taught me the importance of scalability and clear communication with clients

4. Little Taller places a big emphasis on ownership and orchestration. How have you seen this reflected in your daily work and how has it impacted your work output this year?

Ownership has allowed me to take full control of projects, managing from planning to execution. Orchestration has helped me coordinate more effectively according to project needs, adjusting my efforts to meet established objectives. This has positively impacted my ability to deliver quality results on time

5. Looking ahead, what aspects of your professional life are you most excited about developing further in the coming year?

I want to develop technical leadership skills, improve agile project management and explore technologies such as artificial intelligence to add more value to the solutions we offer
