The Challenge
When we began working with Kaseya on TruPeer, their team was managing peer groups manually—through spreadsheets, disconnected documents, and inconsistent processes. There was no centralized way to structure meetings, track pod progress, or visualize growth across members.
They needed a collaborative system to organize and support their thriving peer groups with consistent, structured tools.

Turning Process into Product
We designed and developed the TruPeer Portal, a centralized hub where MSPs can connect, schedule meetings, benchmark growth, and follow a shared framework across pods. The platform helps hold members accountable and promotes progress tracking over time, turning proven peer group methods into structured digital workflows.
Designing for Evolving Needs
Our process with Kaseya is highly collaborative and sprint-based. Their internal team documents feature needs and improvements, which we translate into thoughtful design and scoped dev plans. After estimating each request, we work in 3-week sprints, designing, testing, and training in close coordination with Kaseya’s stakeholders.
The result is a living, evolving platform that adapts to the community’s needs while keeping everything aligned to program goals and performance metrics.
