About GirlsClub


GirlsClub is a mentoring and training community on a mission to change the face of go-to-market (GTM) leadership. With an exclusive five-month program, they empower women with confidence-building training, role models, and a network of support to help them rise into sales leadership.

The Challenge


GirlsClub was already making waves, but needed a scalable, polished digital presence that matched their impact. Their team was looking for more than a design partner; they needed a collaborative creative ally to help unify their brand across channels, simplify digital workflows, and elevate their story as they reached new audiences and launched new cohorts.

A Brand That Inspires and Scales


We created a clean, empowering visual system that captures GirlsClub’s mission: professional without being stiff, polished but never impersonal. Starting with Figma-based web designs, we crafted modular layouts that brought structure to the site, highlighting their mission, training program, community values, and real-world impact.

Tools for Real-World Action


To make internal ops smoother and external campaigns stronger, we designed:

  • A HubSpot email template built on flexible modules for newsletters, promotions, and cohort updates
  • Custom email signatures in Figma for team-wide consistency
  • A polished Google Slides presentation template for sales, training, and partnership use
  • Social templates in Canva to power announcements, testimonials, and recruiting content


Each asset helped GirlsClub deliver a consistent, on-brand experience at every touchpoint, without creating more work for their internal team.
