Little Taller: How has your role evolved over the past year, and what new skills or responsibilities have you taken on?
Andi Montilla: My role has been very diverse. Initially, I developed just one app and then provided some support on many of the team's projects. I feel I've been an essential support thanks to my mobile app development and knowledge of React, but I've also learned a lot about other technologies and from my colleagues.
Little Taller: What project or client engagement from the past year stands out as your favorite, and why did it resonate with you?
Andi Montilla: I really enjoyed developing the Trupeer mobile app. I enjoyed working closely with the Kaseya team, and the development process was very satisfying. I hope to return to the project soon.
Little Taller: Share a challenge you faced this year and how you overcame it. What did you learn from that experience?
Andi Montilla: It was a challenge not fully understanding technologies like Vue and Angular, or environments like HubSpot, but by studying and researching, I feel I overcame it, and it was a very good experience to expand my general knowledge.
Little Taller: Little Taller places a big emphasis on ownership and orchestration. How have you seen this reflected in your daily work and how has it impacted your work output this year?
Andi Montilla: For me, accountability has meant taking initiative and feeling responsible for the end result, not just for myself. I apply orchestration daily, in constant sync with my colleagues. The impact this year? My work is more robust, and as a team, we've progressed much faster and with less friction.
Little Taller: Looking ahead, what aspects of your professional life are you most excited about developing further in the coming year?
Andi Montilla: I'm eager to continue expanding my knowledge and learning more about different technologies and environments, as well as learning about the development and methodologies of other projects and the team.
