Giving Life to a World Class Conference

After years of pandemic dormancy, Gainsight sought the return of their successful customer success conference, Pulse. To celebrate the excitement of being together in person, Little Taller conceptualized and designed a Pulse 22 theme inspired by the upcoming Summer Olympics.

After years of pandemic dormancy, Gainsight sought the return of their successful customer success conference, Pulse. To celebrate the excitement of being together in person, Little Taller conceptualized and designed a Pulse 22 theme inspired by the upcoming Summer Olympics.

Going Further, Faster, Together

Little Taller took the Pulse 22 theme from moodboard and concept to final asset creation. “Unstoppable” was focused on the idea of coming back stronger together, and going further and faster as a team.

The event website reflected the ideas of teamwork and action, with resources for product trends, CS industry research, and best practices for fostering human connection and thoughtful conversations.
In addition to digital assets, Little Taller designed and produced physical signage, from building wraps and street signage in San Francisco to interactive exhibits within the event itself, including speaker backdrops and stage design.
Little Taller created designs for all Pulse 22 advertising campaigns for media placements across popular online platforms to drive event registration.
The speaker library was used to promote attendance, showcasing an impressive lineup of speakers from Gainsight CEO Nick Mehta to Emmy-winning actor, Jason Sudeikis.
Pulse Everywhere was implemented to offer on-demand streaming of Pulse 22 presentations for those who were not able to attend in person.
