A Demo-Ready SaaS Brand & Product Suite for Gainsight

The Goal
Transform the customer reference process into a scalable, sales-driving system by building a simple, powerful SaaS platform that connects prospects with the perfect customer advocates.
The Challenge
Gainsight needed a believable, end-to-end “company” to showcase how their platform works in the real world—across Customer Success (CS), Product Experience (PX), Customer Community, and Skilljar (academy/education).
- No cohesive brand/story existed to tie the demo together.
 - Sales engineers needed real product interfaces to trigger CS/PX engagements live.
 - The demo had to scale across web, desktop, and mobile with consistent UI and content.

Discovery & Strategy
- Defined EmailMonkey’s brand purpose, voice, and IA to align with Gainsight’s sales motions.
 - Mapped demo narratives to CS health, PX analytics/engagements, community self-help, and Skilljar learning paths.
 
Brand Identity & Design System
- Created the EmailMonkey name, logo, tone, color, type, iconography, and illustration style.
 - Delivered a scalable design system for fast screen production and consistent demos.
 
SaaS Product UI (Web + “Desktop” + Mobile)
- Built realistic app flows: dashboard, campaigns, contacts, forms, profiles, and analytics.
 - Instrumented UI elements (IDs, hierarchy) to support PX product mapping, walkthroughs, and surveys.
 - Ensured parity across form factors so SEs can demo anywhere.
 
Gainsight Product Integrations (Demo-Ready)
- PX: in-app banners, pop-ups, walkthroughs, behavioral analytics, audience targeting.
 - CS: health scores, journeys/programs, Adoption Explorer, AI insights.
 - Customer Community: knowledge base, forums, role-aware content surfacing.
 - Skilljar: academy site structure, courses, learning paths, webinar/live training; deep links with Community.
 
Testing & Enablement
